Janelle

Janelle began her dance journey training in tap, jazz, and ballet, building a strong technical foundation from a young age. She launched her professional career with five seasons as a dancer for the San Diego Sockers Girls. Over the years, she has performed across the country, on cruise ships, and even onstage for a president. She is also trained in salsa and has performed with several performance groups throughout her career.

Janelle has spent over a decade performing high-energy sets with a production company, where she also works as a commercial choreographer, creating movement for various projects, shows, and special events. One fun fact, she did a quick dance appearance on a game show alongside Joey Fatone.

For the past three years, Janelle has been a member of the Sirens Dance Team, specializing in pom style dance. She also choreographed and led the Jr. Sirens committee and a fundraiser class for the LA fires. Teaching is another passion of hers, she values not only sharing her knowledge but also learning from her students. Seeing how her choreography translates, and finding the details in movement is one of the most rewarding parts of her work.
